Happy Halloween!!!

Last night we went to the Ward Harvest Party! We had so much fun!

Sydnee is a rainbow butterfly this year. Dusty made Syd the tutu, and Syd made her shirt. She looks so beautiful!

The kids did the cake walk, Syd is the best sister and helped Becks.

Beckham is Thomas the Train (like I had a choice for him to be anything else) Although the Thomas outfit only stayed on for about 10 min.

Becks didn't win the cake walk, but he stole a cupcake! Hey if they didn't notice.....

I dressed up as the thing I wish I was.....a nurse!

I figure this is the last year I can pretend to be a nurse, hopefully next year it won't be so off the cuff.

This is what happens when I get bored!

I have been desperately looking forward to the end of Med-Surg. No more 4 hours/day studying. I may actually get to watch a movie, or breathe evenly.

Well yesterday I noticed that my hair was getting longer and my pictures from this summer looked different, since I wasn't busy I busted out my camera and took some new pictures. I do this just to see what I can do all by myself.

Yes, I stick my tongue out a lot. At this point in life I'm just embracing it

Something good....I and FINISHED with Med-Surg! I am going to be a nurse in December! That's not good, that's GREAT!!!

Lisa's pregnant! And as their official family photographer we started taking pictures! She's one month along, due in June. And since she has 2 boys already and Sydnee is horribly outnumbered when we get together, all I have to say is.....Baby you better be PINK!


Something good.....I don't have to stay up all night with this baby, or change diapers. But I get all the happy moments and chance to buy tons of clothes!! A baby I can love and then give back! How GREAT is that???

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SYDNEE!!!!!

My baby girl is 6 years old today! And as she told me this afternoon when I picked her up from school "I think I'm a little bit bigger today, my legs are longer and my brain feels smarter!"

Happy Birthday Sassy! I love you so much! You have always been a fighter, from your very first breath! You are one of the greatest blessings in my life and I am so privileged to be your Mommy to love you and to watch you grow. You are so filled with love for everyone and you know what you want and you make sure you get it. Even if that means my table ends up covered in paint! Never lose that determination, paint can wash off, but your fire should never die!

Sydnee's 6th Birthday Party

Sassy hasn't had a birthday party with friends (other than the Lewis family, but at this point they are family!) since she was 3. She's had a tough year and has been incredible with everything so she definitely deserved a proper kid birthday party!

She has been counting down the days. I asked her this morning if she was excited to see her friends and have cake and jump around, she said "sure, but I'm more excited for presents!" (Let's be honest, aren't we all excited about presents on our birthday?)

We rented a room at Mr. Biggs that had inflatable bounce houses. It was so great! They decorated and included unlimited drinks, party favors, balloons, the cake....all we did was purchase additional pizza. It was so GREAT! And it was cheaper than what it would've cost to rent a single bounce house to be placed in the backyard!

Becks had a BLAST! I rarely saw him he was running everywhere!

My study buddy Krystal and her family came. I spend almost 6 days a week with her!

The kids had the most fun with these HUGE balls, they ran back and forth across the room pushing them.

Then it was cake and presents time!


Sydnee got the hook up! I think I'm going to have to hide some of the gifts so she's not overloaded all at once!

Thomas the Train

So I can't seem to be wonder woman and keep my blog up to date at the same time.... Oh well!

A few weeks ago my Mom got tickets to go see Thomas the Train. We decided to make it a little boy day. So my Mom, Becks and I, Gavin and Lisa all went to ride Thomas. The older kids Sydnee and Ryan stayed home, they have had so many moments all by themselves (Beauty and the Beast, The Circus...) So Little Boy Day Out with Thomas the Train!

Something good....having such a wonderful Mom and Nana that not only gets you tickets for Thomas but dresses up too! Thank you so much for all that you do! It was an unforgettable day!
